My name is Taylor Bernagozzi and I have a huge passion for baking and cake decorating.  My interests have always included being in the kitchen. I went to culinary school while in high school where I learned some basics to cooking, baking, and food safety. After high school graduation I decided to take my interests and get my bachelor's degree in Nutrition. During my college career I was enrolled in many cooking classes where I learned more about food handling, food safety, and cooking techniques, along with many nutrition topics.

My love and passion for baking continued throughout all of college. Besides what I learned in my culinary classes, I have been self taught in the art of baking and cake decorating. I have learned and grown a lot throughout my years and I am always eager to take on new and exciting cakes and treats that both challenge and teach me new techniques.
